Chain of Thought

Where builders come to reason through what's changing in AI and software infrastructure. Hosted by someone building in it every day.

Chain of Thought is a podcast about AI infrastructure and the people building it. Host Conor Bronsdon sits down with engineers, founders, and operators shipping AI in production — across model infrastructure, inference platforms, agent frameworks, evaluation, and developer tools — to get past the hype and into what’s actually working in production, what isn’t, and why.

Guests have come from NVIDIA, Google DeepMind, AMD, Cisco, Databricks, MongoDB, Block, Vercel, Oracle, Neo4j, LlamaIndex, Snorkel AI, Superhuman, and many more. Every episode on this site carries its full transcript, show notes, and chapters, so you can read a conversation end to end or jump to the part you came for.
